The 5Rhythms dance practice was created by Gabrielle Roth. We move through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness to music that helps us to connect with these five distinct energies.

The class is gently guided to awaken our physical bodies and how we are in the moment. This is our starting point, to discover and explore ourselves just as we are.

The held space helps us through the challenges of this, the start of a transformational shift to our usual state of being.
